Join us for six relaxed and welcoming creative workshops led by artist and psychotherapist Laura Seagan, exploring the relationship between creativity and wellbeing.
The sessions will be person-centred and grounded in acceptance, honesty and empathy, offering a supportive space to explore creativity at your own pace.

No previous art or craft experience is needed — simply bring your curiosity and an interest in creative wellbeing.
These workshops are open to adults with an interested in exploring creativity as part of their wellbeing.
There will be a snack break during each two-hour session.
