Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Pilates, Painting, Life Drawing and Arts Classes - and a surprising range of other activities and events. We have three beautiful yoga studios, an art studio, and meeting rooms. We have regularly changing exhibitions in our ground floor art gallery, including two open art exhibitions every year. We have a popular vegetarian café with a balcony overlooking the art gallery, and behind Harbour House is a quiet suntrap garden.

There are baby changing facilities on the second floor of Harbour House and in the Spanda Studio.

The office is usually open for enquiries Monday - Friday, 10.30 am - 12.30 pm, and outside these hours we're happy to see you by appointment. You'll find us at the head of the estuary, opposite the Information Centre.
