The kitchen serves breakfasts, lunches, pastries and cakes alongside organic coffees, teas, house-made cordials and locally sourced soft drinks. There is a special brunch menu on Saturdays, including pancakes, bubble and squeak, poached eggs and smokey beans served with sourdough toast and house-made sauces.

The kitchen sources local ingredients and works with ethical and organic suppliers to cook seasonal dishes for the daily changing menu.
