Sophie and Ina look forward to welcoming you along to their 3 hour yoga workshop.
Feeling tight, tense and tired? Acknowledge, accept and adjust! Work your muscles, mobilise your joints and relax your mind.
Join us to learn how to use a Foam Roller as part of your regular Yoga Practice and reap the benefits.
Our workshop will include passive and active stretching techniques to help create functional mobility and stability in the spine.
Let the breath extend, and the body ground, and get the circulation throughout the whole body moving, to nourish and invigorate every part of your being.
