Two hours of Meditation, Restorative yoga and guided relaxation.
Restorative yoga is the ultimate in self love. It shifts you out of your stress response, into the relaxation response so that you can deeply rest and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Poses are held up to 10 minutes providing a full release of your muscles using a variety of props, allowing you to focus on embracing each moment of stillness by tracing the steady rhythm of your breath and enjoying the pleasure of simply being.
It's the perfect way to relax, release and let go of the busyness of life. Treat yourself to two hours of self love.
