In this 90 minute class, we will work through a vinyasa flow, using the whole body to expand the mind and connect the breath to be able to truly support and advance each posture. There will be lots of options throughout for people who have never tried yoga up to those advanced yoginis!
We'll be breaking down a few inversions, learning how to use props for support and improving on the techniques needed to be able to build strength and flexibility in the body.
Eithne has been practicing yoga for around 2 years. She has a background in Dance and Gymnastics and has recently graduated from 200hr Yoga teacher training from Frame, London.
