Laughter yoga is a magical and wondrous class where laughter flows effortlessly. Beginning with varying fun exercises we build up to a period of sustained laughter following which we bask in the resulting glow. You learn techniques that you can apply to everyday life.
There is nothing to fear and much to gain. The people are friendly and understand that the experience can initially feel a little strange. That will soon pass if you are willing to let it, and lose yourself in laughter. I hope to see you there.
