Yoga for Pregnancy

Promoting rest and relaxation, cherish this precious bonding time with your unborn baby in a supportive environment. Nourish yourself physically, mentally and emotionally while pregnancy yoga revitalises and boosts your energy levels. Enjoy simple yoga practices, flowing freely and gracefully as you strengthen the body for labour. Learn to connect to breath, an invaluable tool that will relieve anxiety, stress or pain during pregnancy, labour and postnatally. The class closes with deep relaxation.
Periodically there is a Partners workshop to share some of the techniques that will support the mother during labour. Tuning into the breath together will help you both along the journey to meeting your baby.
Pregnancy yoga is suitable from 2nd trimester.
