A friendly, supportive yoga class open to any parent, grandparent or caregiver looking to enjoy time on the mat with the littlest yogi in their life. Enjoy a combination of simple yoga to alleviate aches and pains, combat fatigue and condition the whole body in a wonderful nourishing environment. Amuse and soothe baby with stretching and sound whilst regaining tone and ease. Wind down with relaxation and a chance to talk to new yoga friends. Classes can be attended 8 weeks after birth, please contact Sarah to book a place.
