Gentle Yoga: 4 - 5.30 pm
Tapas Yoga Room, on the second floor

Thursdays:
Chair Yoga (practised sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support): 2.30 - 3.30 pm
Spanda Studio, on the ground floor

Cost: First class free, £10 drop in, £40 for 5 classes block booked

Sasha started practising yoga at the London Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre 30 years ago. Sivananda yoga influenced the Bihar School of Yoga.
Sasha is a teacher educator with a Doctorate in Education. She has several published works in the field with an emphasis on psychology, philosophy and social justice in education. After 20 years of teaching in education she has decided to turn her attention to developing her own yoga teaching practice as a fully qualified yoga teacher.

Sasha practices classical yoga which intentionally centres on the whole person and is a meditative approach to the practices of yoga. Each class will incorporate yoga postures, breathing practices and deep relaxation to encourage flexibility, strength, balance and well-being.
