Cost: £9 per class

This class combines traditional yoga postures, stretches, balances and flow with fitness principles. A gentle, yet powerful class, which will help you to build your strength, stability and balance and increase your flexibility and mobility.


The class will include;
Sun Salutations
Core strengthening
Standing Strength and balance postures
Stretching and mobility
Meditation

Suitable for everyone.

Sophie has worked as an instructor in the Health and Fitness industry for 15 years. She is a qualified Freestyle Fitness Yoga teacher, as well as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and hula hooper. Sophie’s classes are friendly and uplifting, and focus on you feeling great in your body.
