Martina’s Yoga sessions alternate weekly between Yin and Yang practices.
Yin yoga delivers though long held asanas (postures)a acu pressure massage to the body a practice that nourish our bodies and mind. Her Yin teachings come from her time training with Yin master Norman Blair. Yang session are from the Hatha Yoga teachings with more classic asanas and flow sequences. All Sessions have at their core the practices of pranayama and mindfulness.
All life is a balance between Yin and Yang and through a consistent yoga practice we can bring about a harmonious balance between our body and mind.
