These classes balance postures and sequences with classical breathing practices, relaxation and meditation to boost physical and mental well-being. The aim of the classes is to explore some of the many benefits regular yoga practice can bring:

With teaching experience ranging from professional dancers and surfers, to the well over 60s, adults, children and babies, Catherine’s warm and inclusive teaching approach is grounded in individually tailored, safe practice.
She holds a British Wheel of Yoga accredited two year teaching diploma from the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales, and continues to refresh and deepen her skills through regular professional development, including recent foundation modules in Yoga Therapy. She also holds a BA honours degree in Dance. This lifelong love of moving and working with the body informs her yoga teaching.
Level 1 is suitable for beginners, those relatively new to yoga and regular practitioners wanting to work more slowly.
Level 2 is a swifter moving class suitable for more experienced students.
