A physical yoga class that will allow for more ease and comfort in your body, always ending in a deep relaxation. There is always a gentle warm up, some flowing movement, safe progression towards certain poses, and improved breathing, followed by deep relaxation. This class is modified for all abilities from beginner to experienced, and is tailored to your individual needs within a group setting.
These sessions will be led by Bryony Lloyd who has been teaching for 13 years. She has a BWY Diploma in teaching yoga (500 hrs.) and also has specialised training in pregnancy, postnatal, children and teenage yoga. Private sessions available.
