Flow-to-Restore rolls the best of several different yoga styles into one benefit-packed 75-minute session. The session begins with a slow-flowing sequence to build strength, fitness, flexibility and focus. Next, a restorative, therapeutic sequence to address mind-body stress and tension. Finally, a long, deep relaxation for essential body-mind healing.
Amy qualified in London in 2012 with a 500hr British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma and it has been her privilege to teach thousands of classes in studio, university and private settings ever since. Since qualifying, she has also completed specialist teacher training in both Restorative Yoga (with Anna Ashby at Triyoga) and Yin Yoga (with Norman Blair) as well as numerous CPD courses. Amy is a counsellor in training (BACP) and is especially interested in the extraordinary healing possibilities of the mind-body connection in yoga / breath work.
