Cost: £10 one class, £50 for 6 classes

Aimie believes in total wellness, and has a firm stance that health is from the inside out- she brings the laid back and positive outlook of sunny California to South Devon.

In the summer of 2019 Aimie completed her comprehensive teacher training through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in Southern California. Since then she has undertaken several courses: Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Course, workshops on shoulder solutions and exercising after a hip replacement.

Aimie is offering relaxed and friendly pilates classes for beginners and intermediate level. Her classes will include small equipment such as balls, pilates ring, resistance straps, foam rollers and weights.


Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates is low impact, so is a great place to start exercising during pregnancy and after you have given birth.  Pilates aims to strengthen your deep muscles, improve your stability, encourage your pelvic floor and helps you to reconnect with your body after birth. Aimie has completed an intensive postnatal corrective exercise course that will be specific for mums to be and for those that have had their babies.
