"I am so looking forward to offering my Sound Journey Meditation at Harbour House - Sounds to Silence the Mind, a session to aid calm and relaxation. When the sounds of the Hang, Hand Drums, Gong, Tibetan Singing bowls and Chimes are used during meditation we are able to go beyond the chattering mind with the intention to achieve a blissful state."
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you (some will be available) and anything you need to make yourself comfy (blanket, sheepskin etc).
No need to book - just turn up and relax! Payment is by donation.
