As a Coach and Mindfulness Teacher, I will guide and support you on your journey towards achieving clarity and balance in the challenging areas of your life. We all experience periods of stress and difficulty and sometimes it feels too much to work through on our own. Coaching can help you to define exactly what the roots of the problems are and help you to move forward towards true wellbeing, confidence and contentment in your life. I offer individual coaching sessions and also run mindfulness workshops and groups.
