When life gets too noisy we have the wonderful practices of yoga, dance and movement to turn to. Join me for 3 hours of yoga and dance-inspired mindful movement, meditation, pranayama and music to encourage you to drop beneath the surface of your physical being and connect to a deeper place within yourself, via sound and sound practices.
During our time together we will explore movement, stillness and rest, with and without sound and/or music. We will make noises with our body via tapping, clapping, chanting, humming, stomping and chomping, for an all round ‘ooo and ahhh’ experience!
Join us for our second ‘Sounds of Yoga’ workshop to discover the incredible impact of sound towards our whole being and experience the positive effects of sound, both physically and mentally as a means to soothe and free up the mind, body and soul from the abundance of chatter we all experience on a day to day basis. A warm welcome awaits you....
