A therapeutic workshop led by Georgina designed for anyone experiencing worry and anxiety. Learn how to calm the mind, release unhelpful thoughts, and live life in the present moment. Let go of your worries, relax and enjoy the benefits of calming and soothing Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. Combined with beautiful guided meditations and a blissful relaxation.
