Yoga for Body and Mind Balance

Martina's teachings are influenced by the various styles of Hatha Yoga she has practised (Sivananda, Astanga,Viniyoga).
She holds a Yoga Teaching Diploma from the Devon School of Yoga, and is a member of the Independent Yoga Network and the Association for Yoga Studies.
Her aim is to help individuals develop an awareness of their body's strengths along with areas in need of development. Classes focus on the conscious use of the breath (pranayama) with postures (asana) to unite body and mind.
With regular commitment a yoga practice brings about a marvellous sense of wellbeing and harmony. Classes may also contain some meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Mantra and Chakra work, and are open to all levels and ability.
