This is a fun class of gentle yoga, relaxation & mindfulness meditation for wellbeing.
Research now shows that the body keeps the score of our emotions. With the exciting combination of some gentle aerobic movements to get the circulation moving and the lymphatic system flushing, and slow deep stretching, this class can facilitate powerful release of long held tension, trauma and pain within the body, enabling you to feel lighter and brighter.
Blending Kundalini practices with flowing postures, breath work, mantra music and deep relaxation with the Gong, it offers you a rich experience helping you connect to your natural beauty and life force within you. You are guided to easily reach a place of stillness where you feel calm, restored and elevated and can take away with you simple to use stress management skills for dealing with the challenges of every day life.
Beccy has been teaching yoga for 20 years and has first-hand experience of using yoga and meditation to combat stress related dis-eases. Her committed daily practice (sadhana) of Kundalini-inspired healthy lifestyle routines keep her vibrant and relaxed. Come along for some inspiration for total wellbeing and tap into your creative potential.
