Join the new Hatha Yoga class on Thursdays at 5:30 pm for a class that focuses on alignment, while enabling you to move freely with breath awareness from one pose to the next. Embrace a yoga practice that will revolutionise the way you feel physically, mentally and emotionally on and off the mat.
The 7.30 pm class is a little more dynamic.

Sarah Scott has been practising yoga since 2000, immersing herself in a variety of styles ranging from Hatha and dynamic yoga practices to yin, pregnancy and restorative yoga. She qualified as a yoga teacher with The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and her teaching style places as much emphasis on proper breathing (pranayama), relaxation and meditation techniques as the physical asana practice. Sarah is revived by the restorative effects of practising outdoors which sees her taking her mat into green spaces or down to the sea whenever she can.
