Join the new Hatha Yoga class on Thursdays at 5.30 pm. The 7 pm class is a Dynamic Hatha practice. All Sarah’s classes focus on alignment, while enabling you to move freely with breath awareness from one pose to the next. Sarah offers variations to suit all ages and levels.
Suitable for men and women, adults and teenagers, beginners or students with an established yoga practice. Integrate yoga into your fitness or rehabilitation programme and see the changes off the mat.
Sarah Scott has been practising yoga since 2000, immersing herself in a variety of styles ranging from Hatha and dynamic yoga practices to yin, pregnancy and restorative yoga. She qualified as a yoga teacher with The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre and her teaching style places as much emphasis on proper breathing (pranayama), relaxation and meditation techniques as the physical asana practice. Sarah is revived by the restorative effects of practising outdoors which sees her taking her mat into green spaces or down to the sea whenever she can.
