Cost: £10 drop in or £45 for 5 sessions within 7 weeks

This specialist class is a wonderful nourishing environment for you and your baby. Enjoy a combination of simple postnatal yoga to alleviate aches and pains, combat fatigue, as well as mobilise and condition your whole body. Amuse and soothe baby with stretching and sound whilst regaining tone and ease. We wind down with breath awareness and relaxation. A friendly, supportive class open to any parent or caregiver looking after a new baby. Classes can be attended 8 weeks after giving birth but if you and your baby feel well and you wish to start earlier, please contact Sarah.
