Utilising the ancient and alchemical practises of yoga asanas with breathe, focus to bring awareness to transcending and transforming any unwanted emotions, tensions and physical blockages. This practise aids one in finding our true inner nature of peace and freedom, in the physical body as together we transform and let go of all that no longer serves....liberating our inner and outer temple.
She shares in her classes her joy of movement, spiritual reflections, her ongoing journey of exploration in finding freedom on all levels, through the healing modalities of yoga, breathe & Meditation.
Sky has always loved movement and comes from a dance based background, having trained to professional level in ballet & contemporary dance. She began her study of yoga 17 years ago, immediately finding it a vital part of daily self care, as she discovered it to be a powerful tool for physical health, balanced energy levels, spiritual connection and for developing inner resources to deal harmoniously with daily life.
She has studied yoga in the UK and Bali. In 2017 she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Himalayan Yoga Valley in Cork, Ireland under Lalit Kumar.
