Summer Time Parent & Child Yoga

Combine yoga and play whilst strengthening the bond between you and your child.

Each class will consist of various partner exercises with fun, playful poses, as well as group activities, games and yoga-inspired movement that will help to strengthen and build a healthy body and mind. We will learn how to use our breath to improve focus, release tension and connect with our own body. We will end each session with a restorative, relaxation exercise and a gentle meditation.

These non-competitive activities will help increase your and your child’s self-confidence, self-expression, creativity and a deeper level of love for yourself and each other. The classes are experimental and fun! No need for previous experience -everyone welcome. The class will last for 45 minutes and end with a 15 minute drink and snack break at the end.

Limited space - pre-booking is essential.

Maximum participants – 10 adults with child each. Suitable for children 4 - 10 years.
